I'm the Director of Operations for Blogging Systems. I focus my time on developing effective strategies and implementing best practices that benefit the blogging community.
Prior to joining the Blogging Systems Team, I was a member of one of the first successful online lending platforms and helped build the company into a billion dollar producer using the internet as its primary method of customer acquisition, contact and customer service. This time enabled me to become well versed in the need to effectively merge superior customer service and marketing with internet technology tools.
