thanks for looking up some info about Me :-)

I an international martial arts instructor, personal fitness trainer and member of American Anti Aging Academy.

My goal is to help people to feel better, live better and just have fun in life.

My every day is very busy, managing my online business, educating customers, blogging, taking care of my beautiful baby girl or just relaxing :-)

I am interested in getting connected with like minded individuals, who have defined clear goals in their life and have passion for whatever they doing.
