FT trader/investor for the past fiveyears; an enthusiast for two decades prior to that. On average, my trading is about 80% position/swing trades and 20% day trades, primarily with US equities, ETFs and options. Before taking the plunge as a full-time investor, I worked as a business strategy consultant in a number of industries.
I am passionate about the outdoors (run, hike, kayak, etc.), music (especially classical and jazz) and am in the process of writing "Trading with the VIX" -- which is due out in Fall 2009.
