I have been a real estate professional for 37 years, operated a real estate company for the past 25 years, and specialized in REO and Bank-Owned Properties for the past 20 years.

I am active in my local, state, and National Association of REALTORS, and serve as the 2008 chairman of the NAR Professional Standards Committee, as well as the chairman of the NAR Working Group on Short Sales. I am also a member of NAHREP and REOMAC.

As a Blogger, I am a contributor to the Nationally recognized AgentGenius, awarded the 2008 Inman Connect Award for Most Innovative Blog. I also write, MovePhilly.blogspot.com, rereflections. com, and am a contributor at our company blog, C21AGVoices.com.
