Email marketing is what I'm passionate about. I have a very thorough understanding of the email channel and it pros and cons and have over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing both B2C and B2B email marketing programs.

I have been blogging about email marketing since February 2005, I have given public presentations to educate marketers about email marketing and I am involved in the IAB Email Marketing Taskforce (in Belgium) that has the intention to educate local marketers about what email marketing is and how to use it effectively.

You probably already guessed it: I like helping people and share my knowledge with the rest of the world. That's why I started my blog. I hope you enjoy reading it! I welcome any comments or suggestions that you might have.
