Who are EFLY? We are a group of freelance IT experts with severe physical disabilities working at home. This

group was established officially in 2001 after many years of research led by Dr. Mike Chou who was a

professor in National Taiwan Normal University. Despite our physical disabilities, the talent and potential

of Efly members should not be ignored . We want to prove that we can be self-employed. The competition in IT

market is rather fierce, but members of Efly are determined to stay on.

This website is designed and maintained by Efly members. It presented as a forum in which it discussed if

the group should openly declare their physical disabilities or just compete with other countless web

companies in the market. Efly members are scattered around the island of Taiwan. Thanks to the Internet, we

are able to co-ordinate the work together. Due to lack of funding and the physical disabilities, Efly has to
