I got started on the Internet a while ago - 1996 - back when almost no one had email addresses and no one was using the web for searching or playing. But, I did not get into the "business" until about 5 months ago and since then, I have been full steam ahead. I have learned a lot about marketing AND people on the net over my time on the net. But, I still favor customer service over anything else. Giving the customer want he or she wants is what it's all about, right?
