A composer, poet and published author who is just trying to stay on board the roller-coaster ride from hell. After living with an affective disorder for the last twenty (plus) years my priorities have shifted to seeking out what is truly important in life, all of which seems to have precious little to do with the things that seemed important twenty years ago. As time moves on we grow and, as we grow, we discover that true joy cannot be found from the things of the world.
