Hi Lauren Nemec, Happy Birthday. You are young and you have achieved so much. I know more shall you accomplish in your endeavors. OK, Translation. One of my favorite subjects at the university is Language in Translation. The difference between my view and that being uphold by the lecturer, then, spurred her to invite her former teacher. It was a healthy and heat up debate. Finally, I hope their realization that they have got this beneficial subject, not correct. Although it was marked "C" on my semester final C.G.P.A grade, yet at the moment out of 45 students, I am the only one still translating pieces. Currently a book on Happiness by Harun Yahya. I have made some impact in the MLM industry through translations work of some important documents. I have also earned a Diploma in Translation (Science and Technical) for the love of this subject. I agree with you with the "depends", yet I prefer to add value of course should the preferences of the client is off course. That is why, ultimately the benefit of the end-user shall be safeguarded. What is the message of the communication, always to be preserved. I shall share with you a piece I did, Elbert Hubbard's "The Message to Garcia". Perhaps meaning, opens up to various individual's interpretations rather than the translation of the original text.
