Tom Smith makes his living as an engineering manager on large construction projects. He rode a few bulls in high school but competed in the bareback riding off and on for twenty years. "Working with SEBRA allows me to continue to be a part of rodeo." He is a member of the Cowboy Heritage Artists & Photographers Society and enjoys painting and leather work. Tom writes articles for several western publications including Humps & Horns and Pro Rodeo World Magazine, and The Ketch Pen (Offical Publication of the National Cowboy Hall of Fame".
"My plan is to help SEBRA grow by getting exposure for the association, the cowboys and the stock contractors. I want to see our cowboys move up the ranks into the PBR and other professional associations. Everyone will benefit from helping each other."
