More than a Living was started because a friend and I had spent more than enough time frustrated with the shortcomings of corporate life.

Work can't just be about taking home a paycheck. Educated professionals need to find satisfaction in their work to remain engaged.

All the Gen Xer predictions aside, satisfying work needs to encompass challenge, autonomy, useful feedback, and the opportunity to risk failure.

I need a paycheck just like the next guy. But I also need to realize more than a living.
