@drunken: Wow! You've done some really good math calculations there. If you're correct here, this whole thing wouldn't be able to even get started. I wonder how many people fall for this and end up getting the job, doing the work and then not get paid...

@Marta Daniels: I worked wasted 21 years in a restaurant and despise it. I was a chef and in the end, I had to throw in the towel. Terrible carpel tunnel, and tennis elbow. So the restaurant world isn't an option anymore. @Larry: I sure the hell hope...
