Teresa Valdez Klein is a 20-something writer and blogger. She was born in Seattle, WA and has the amusing distinction of being one of the few Jews ever to attend Seattle’s Holy Names Academy. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pomona College. She does not enjoy writing about herself in the first person.
She currently serves as the Director of Web Operations for the Parnassus Group where she implements open source content management systems, develops editorial for conferences, conducts blogger outreach and online community building, and writes many, many blog posts. Because of her job, she has been quoted in The New York Times, Fast Company, Business Week, and The San Francisco Chronicle. She thinks that’s pretty cool for a punk kid.
