I live in Bristol in the West of England. We are a long lived family. My mother is 97.
I enjoy meeting and interacting with others sharing experiences and how and what they are doing on the internet.
As a child I had asthma extremely badly, but, as it often does, it disappeared at the end of my teens. But then it came back about 20 years ago.
After having it diagnosed I was put on steroids, which I hated taking. Certain food trigger it off so I do not eat them and was therefore able to cut back on the steroids, but not stop taking them.
That is until I discovered Aloe Vera. Since taking it I have not had to take them.
