I just discovered that my feed hasn't been coming through so it looks like my blog is not active. I'm trying to get it fixed but wanted to share what I'm doing for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Since domestic violence plays an important part in my romantic mystery Dream or Destiny, I'm donating $5 to the National Domestic Violence Hotline for every copy of the book sold during October, which is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Hello I started campaigning for my BIG project. People from Saudi where I worked for sometime have been calling me to ask for my services.I decided I can be more of help to more families there with CWA(Children with Autism)by organizing a group of professionals to work with me.Multidisciplinary Team is best way to describe my team. Process is get minimum 5 families and be sponsored to assess their children.Included in the Program is developing for each child a home based program based on each child's specific needs.Included also is an IEP and a Psychoeducational Plan for each client. After all paper works are done I will train a Sped Teacher who has a Masteral Degree to work with each family.We are also open to teach household helpers to help in making the program more effective.There will be a continuous followup of each clienteles program and all teachers will be assessed for a year or until I see child responding to the teacher.Whichever comes first.
