I teach smart people practical ways to become extraordinary.
I do that as a confidential advisor to executives,leading workshops, and speaking engagements.
In 1977 I set out to do all of this with no idea how. Thirty years later I'm fortunate to have valued client relationships worldwide.
My special expertise: building highly effective organizations through talent development.
In fact, the tag line "Teaching smart people practical ways to become extraordinary" was given to me my a VP client. I shared with him that I wanted to really focus my practice, but was too close to it to understand just what it was that enabled client relationships to last years. He said, "When you leave my office, I have three things that I can actually DO that will make a difference. I know that you know the theory. But you give me the practical application."
