A lot of days have past since I thought of a 'Big Hairy Audacious Goal' that I could have and realize. That goal was to bring people (consultants, trainers and coaches) together in a networked enterprise. Where people would want to contribute for the greater benefit of all. More time for themselves, more knowledge for the community and more impact on the market.

That goal has become my passion. And this passion is translated in everything I now do. I have aligned my own personal competencies and actions towards this goal. Believing that a network of people can only work when the peers in such network openly share and exchange ideas and knowlegde. Sharing knowlegde is a trust building mechanism.

Some time ago, I co-founded ubeon. Now, ubeon has become a network of experts who have deep and specialized knowledge in fields as management strategy, marketing, communications, change management, organizational development, quality management, efficiency, etc.
