I have always been interested in sleep disorders and helping people overcome them. After earning my Bachelor of Science degree I pursued this passion in the field of medical marketing. This gave me the opportunity to learn and understand a range of different specialties. First working with degenerative lung diseases then advanced surgical equipment and finally sleep disorders.

Having worked in the sleep industry for the past 8 years I have heard story after story of the struggles associated with sleep deprivation. They have led me to study more on the treatments of this very disabling disorder.

My hope is that this blog helps readers like you overcome your sleeping challenges and Crack the Sleep Code.
