Sassy Mom of 2 AWESOME kids (7&4), married 11 years to a good looking web developer! I have a Bachelors in Horticulture, which only explains my interest in plants and biology. I love photographing my kids, flowers and cool things found in nature. I really dig cooking, drinking coffee, selling my floral art and meeting interesting people.

I started seriously blogging in June 2007 and gave birth to SimpleDailyRecipes.com. (inspiration came from an advertisement for a home school cooking teacher and a friend telling me she never knows what to cook.)

I'm floating in this Blogosphere tethered only to what I know. Purposefully learning so my lifeline will reach new galaxies of wonders and wisdoms. Only by reaching out, stretching myself into uncomfortable places will I grow and survive. I see new faces in this place, and I am thrilled to see us exploring together.
