Hi and thanks for looking. I'm the founder and principal of brandedLeader, a career strategy consultancy supporting knowledge-based industry managers in moving into leadership roles.

My real passion is taking people's strengths and turning them into something unique and compelling. Our culture drives us to focus on our weaknesses and try to fix those. Personally I'd rather surround myself with people who have complementary skills to my own and put my energy into the things I do really well. It's a lot more fun, and a lot more rewarding both for me and for my clients!
