My name is David. I have been around the computer community since 1996 when I ran a bulletin board system. (Renegade)

I used the moniker "Vortex" but soon changed it to "Red Matrix" less than a year later. (This was way before "the matrix" came out folks)

I thought my craft was dead & gone when the internet became popular in 1998. I had 1 caller a week, and that was only to play a door game. (L.O.R.D.)

But as recent as 2003 I found out about free forum communities such as BBfree & Invisionfree. I ran boards about television shows such as Dead Like Me, Alias, Lost.. etc.

Then one day I found AdminFusion, a community for and by forum owners. It is then when I found out about vbulletin. They were hiring an admin (volunteer) and I made it through. I knew then I had to familiarize myself with VB and now my eyes have been opened to that wonderful world.
