I'm Duane and have developed a home rating program for buyers. The rating system allows a buyer to rate the homes they tour and streamlines the buyers choice into a due diligence approach. This way a couple buying a home will see reports on what home best meets both their needs once each individuals ratings are entered, combined, calculated and a ranking report is produced. There's no other program on the market like it that removes the frustration out of the home buying process.

Rate A Home also includes "Walk through Check Lists" for home and condo buyers as well as renters for recalling what each property featured.

Free "Wish Lists" are available online for use by the general public to utilize before their home search.
