Hi Purdy1 Welcome to the club nobody would like to be a member of! (Infertility) I just want to encourage you not to give up hope. I have been struggling to have a child for five years. My diagnosis was Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome AND endometriosis. As if the PCOS wasn't enough! :o) Last year, I fell pregnant (by the way, isn't "fell" pregnant a funny way to say it? It took SO MUCH EFFORT in order to become preggie, and "fell" just sounds so random doesn't it?), but this resulted in miscarriage only a few short weeks later. It was a missed miscarraige... so there was quite a wait from the time we found out that our baby would never be born until it actually happened - I didn't want a d&c... it had been too difficult to become pregnant for me to just have it removed when disaster struck. Silly me - I just wanted to hang on to my little baby as long as possible.) On the day the miscarriage started, my best friend told me she was preggy. My due date would have been this past Friday, the 9th of Feb 2007. My friend's baby will be born, a beautiful little boy, on the 21st of March. I just want you to know, you're not alone. Sometimes it feels like you're the only one on the planet struggling - but believe me, there are many of us rooting for eachother. I just want to send you lots of best wishes and let you know that I will be holding thumbs that soon you will be holding a beautiful baby.
