There is little to separate one loan officer from the next aside from experience and human relations skills. Experience can only be obtained through high volume or time in the industry. I have had both. I also believe that when you teach others your understanding becomes greater. I was responsible for all recruiting, training and mentoring of new agents while with my last company. I was #1 in the company 2004, 2005, and 2006. In 2006 I was also relocated in june to a new area, Roseville, from Sonoma county while my wife was eight months pregnant with our third. I feel that not only do I have the loan experience for my clients but I have had the hard life lessons as well. This allows me to be understanding to my clients needs.
