I run a venture debt fund called Wellington Financial LP. We launched Wellington Financial Fund III in 2006, a $450 million debt program serving a broad range of industries, but with a specialty in technology. We have offices in Toronto and California.

We have a traditional GP/LP structure and are backed by pension funds, crown corps., life insurance companies and corporations.
