Once upon a time I was born in the Land of Lincoln (though I did not linger there long.) I bopped around different parts of the country until I landed in South California when I was 7 and have stayed there (for the most part)from that point on. I've done a lot of things, met a lot of good people, and dreamed a lot of good dreams. Nowadays I'm a freelance writer living in the sunshine in San Diego with 2 roommates, 3 willful (but often entertaining) cats, and 1 patient old dog.
