Thanks, Krishna, for
the wonderful kudos.
Yes, it can be
tough for a male MT,
but it (MT) can be
done as a successful
career. That's the
point for the my
site and blog.
I don't know how
things are in the
'land down under',
but here in the US,
there's an
unfortunate
recurring attitude
in the massage
therapy profession,
quite frankly which
can be summed up
as:
"We eat our own
young"
It's terrible,
really. There are
those who are
successful in the
massage therapy
profession (male and
female), but it
seems those in this
class are rarely
open to share the
secrets of success
which brought them
into it.
Instead, 'the
successful' often
see 'the struggling'
or 'aspiring' as
competition, and
avoid helping those
failing to thrive.
Perhaps your husband
could add to the
site from the Aussie
male therapist
perspective. It
would be much
welcomed as to
anything he might
add.
Regardless, make
sure he adds a
listing into the
Male Massage
Therapist
directory:
http:
/ / www.
male-massage-therapi
st. com/
male-massage-therapi
st-directory.
html
I can see the
keywords people use
to find the site on
search engines, and
already people are
searching and
finding keywords
which link them to
the male massage
therapist listings
on the website
already.
I'm sure if there's
a listing for your
husband's practice
in Australia,
eventually he'll get
a call.
As for the website,
in general, the site
can be slow going at
times. I only have
so much time between
work and school, but
I promise, it will
grow over the year.
Please keep checking
back over time.
Thanks
Sean
