As an entrepreneur, I've started, managed or turned around ten businesses in my career. In a consulting role, I've helped many more businesses grow and improve. I have developed a unique process to help companies grow, called the Better Business Blueprint. It helps you build your business into whatever you want it to be.

In 2006, I wrote a book called "Marketing for Smart People". I am currently working on my next two books.

When I'm not working, you'll often find me (and my wife, Debbie) walking our basset hound through the streets of Burnsville, Minnesota, where I grew up.
