My name is Keren Dagan and I'm the director of engineering in a software company that specialized in marketing automation: Data mining, CRM, Campaign management, Lead generation and Internet Marketing.

I have over 12 years of experience building software for the enterprise and more than 7 years managing development teams.

I started as a Visual C++ developer building highly scalable distributed systems. I moved to the US from Israel to join a start-up with promising technology that merged twice into larger successful companies. Today the application I mange is installed at large financial institutions running tens to hundreds of millions of transactions a day scanning for patterns. It is highly reliable, scalable, and valuable for our customers. My expertise is in event monitoring, pattern recognition and lead generation.

Since then I become a manager and advanced my knowledge in team building, leadership and the business.
