My current role is as part of the Accenture sourcing team on site at Best Buy headquarters. My role is managing, evaluating, and selecting any of the staffing team's online resources for recruiting or sourcing purposes. As an integral part of this I am responsible the diversity side of sourcing. This role largely involves providing the strategy for online sourcing for special hiring projects, and ongoing for the positions we regularly hire for. I also write The Sourcing Riff, a blog about all things related to sourcing candidates online.
