I'm a social media consultant, lecturer and writer. I produce and advise on social media, and run workshops on social media marketing. I previously worked in book publishing for 10 years.

I run a company called Reed Media that produces websites, blogs, podcasts and online video. Many of our clients are publishers, but we also work with NGOs, charities and other organizations who want to include social media in their marketing.

In 2008 I launched a new business: Small Business Studio, a one-stop web design and marketing agency for small businesses and start-ups with a social media flavour.
