Inspired by Redfin.com's ‘Wall of Shame' blog category, Jeff started TheXBroker.com in August of 2006 as a vehicle to express his industry knowledge and provocative opinion. Never one to shy away from a good debate and in constant need to have the last word, he's been an active adversary (and friend) to many who visit his site and within the Active Rain social network as well.
Born in 1971 in Buffalo New York, Jeff was a 7th grade school system ‘computer experiment', learning and teaching computer science to college professors at the University at Buffalo at the age of twelve. Formally educated in the biological sciences at Syracuse University and Barton College, once Jeff discovered how little entry level research science paid, he started his post collegiate career working for Branch Banking and Trust in The Triad area of North Carolina.
