This is my real job, so I will be here throughout your buying and selling process. See, I do this full-time. This is not some side gig where I box shelves all day and then hope my neighbors brothers friend from the gym calls me to slap a house in the MLS for him.

First as an sales associate, then as a licensed agent, and now as a licensed Broker in Washington State, I have been involved in real estate for nearly ten years, with hundreds of transaction sides - more importantly, those are satisfied clients - and the collective experiences, good and otherwise, that go with that much activity.
