Lauren Eichner-Doyle is the Co-Founder and CEO, of Getting Results Coaching Corporation. Her company specializes in coaching financial advisors and business owners to achieve higher levels of production and efficiency. Her company is national in scope and she is in high demand, as a speaker, coach and company consultant. Her boundless energy and zeal has also allowed her to create and oversee two real estate businesses. She holds a Master’s degree from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University.

In 1996, Ms. Eichner relocated to San Diego. There, she built a successful business reaching six-figure revenues by the age of 22. Prior to founding Getting Results, Lauren worked with another professional development company. As the Director of Coaching, she trained and managed over 30 coaches.
