I’ve had a corporate career, run a successful writing business, gained degrees in business and psychology, and become a certified life coach. I’m big on happiness - written a thesis on it, blogged about it, and taught myself how to be happy despite a charmingly neurotic and introverted temperament :-).

My life really is organized. Home, wardrobe, office, computer, fitness, social life - even my iPod.

I’m organized because I have a system - to me that’s the key. Without a system you have to rely too much on willpower and hard work. Yuk!

What else? I’m 41, I live in Sydney, Australia (a beautiful place) with my husband Craig, and my beloved coffee machine, Cliff. I believe that blame, denial and excuses are sometimes justified, but always keep you stuck.
