Since my childhood, I am closely connected to sport - that is until now and has remained so. A week without sports is not conceivable to me. The passion for sports, health, sharing the acquired knowledge and to motivate others in joining me has led me to a career in areas of sports: it started with studies in the field of physical education in Germany and a variety of jobs in the field of sport/fitness in Germany, Australia, Turkey and finally in Switzerland. Now I am working as author, private coach and entrepreneur in Switzerland. Private coaching, as I understand it, is the art to change a personality towards an active lifestyle, which automatically leads to achieving most of the common training goals.
