Emotional Intelligence is how I live, where I come from and who I am. I once joked years ago about writing a book entitled, "No PhD, No MBA just Common Sense". Now, not only do we have a name for it, there is global shift in acknowledging the importance of Emotional IQ in our work, our education, our lives! I am currently working with clients within the health care arena on "EQ Training Starts At The Top". I am intrigued, fascinated and grateful for having met a diverse group of people in a short period of time by just "putting myself out there". It amazes me that while exploring a passion, I stumbled upon a community of talented and helpful mentors, people who recognize and appreciate the importance of the EQ and hope to participate as a contributer in the community that has offered me great encouragement. I have been fortunate enough to have grown a business, performed "turn around" operations and started my own business and survived the sale of that business.
