My name is Duane Ford. For all of my adult life (a really long time) I've been interested in personal development tools and methods. Although I found temporary improvement with some, I was unable to find any long-lasting improvement until I learned to go beneath the surface and change subconscious limiting beliefs.

That's the key to permanent self-improvement and one thing that most self-help "Gurus" don't adequately cover.

My blog, "successmythsuncovered.com" and nearly all my writing deals with how to make your life what you want it to be and goes heavily into how to recognize and eliminate limiting subconscious beliefs.
