I use my blogs to share thoughts on how learning and development link to organisational performance. My two blogs are:
1) DonaldHTaylor (my personal blog) focuses on Human Capital Management.
2) LearningTechnologiesConferenceBlog concentrates on learning and development, and the role of technology in this. It is the blog of the Learning and Skills Group, an international group of L&D professionals.
I'm the director of a Human Capital Management software company and chair both the Learning Technologies conference and the UK National Trainers' conference for the IITT.
This puts me in contact with a lot of theoreticians and practitioners in this field.
I use MyBlogLog as another way of keeping in touch with professionals in the learning, skills, Human Capital and HR spaces.
