I am what residents in Lake Norman call a "transplant". After 15 years of real estate in Pasadena California where I experienced the early 1990's recession to the insane frenzied market in the 2000's, my husband and I fell in love with Lake Norman NC and just up and moved here in 2005. Being a REALTOR in Lake Norman and North Carolina is quite different from CA. I have learned the necessary legal and contractual practices but I have found that my past experience in CA gives me a unique perspective on the Lake Norman market and enables me to offer my clients a special level and quality of service.
