I have been working real estate since 1992 and have helped hundreds of families choose Colorado home. I strive to maintain a comprehensive market awareness-- what's going on in and around Denver and it's suburbs, when the next Triathlon is, or when the newest rec center will be finished. I love it when any of my families (past clients) call on me to find out when the next party is or if a new trail is opening soon.. I am active in the community as a tribunal interpreting covenants and restrictions or as a soccer, football or lacrosse coach, or even testing the Jefferson County Open Spaces!

I pride myself on having excellent resources, I'm a consistently excellent negotiator, and I listen very well to help my families find the best homes. Finding a home is a very emotional process with some very important legal consequences.
