I'm a deaf mom to three deaf and hard of hearing kiddos. The hubby is deaf too.

Kaycie, our Westie, can hear a rabbit breathing a half mile away.

I work from home as a freelance writer for a writing company. I also provide early intervention services to families with deaf and hard of hearing babies.

I'm a board member of Hands & Voices and I run the Illinois chapter of Hands & Voices as well. www.handsandvoices.org.
