I have always been passionate about losing weight since I was young. When I was younger, it was to look good, so I could pull the 'burds'. Now I am older and I hope wiser I now realise it is more important for my health. I have always wanted to start a blog and http://fat2burn.blogspot.com seemed to me to be my obvious choice.

The message I hope to send is that; losing weight, exercise, dieting healthily are all connected and one without the others is like a 'car without wheels!'
