The Buyer and Investor web sites allow purchasers to define thier search criteria with many of the same search criteria that Realtors use. They can also request to recieve an update of these properties as often as every 20 minutes refreshed 24 hrs a day by the local MLS. Property information will be emailed to the client on an intuitive street map with a photo, description, and an address allowing the Buyer to do a quick drive by if they choose before calling for an appointment.
