I have an amazing husband, and four sons who are the joy of my life. I work as an autism therapist in the local school district. I am a childhood sexual abuse survivor, and currently in recovery from an eating disorder.I'm learning to be present. Living in the here and now. I can't change the past, but I am in control of my destiny. I'm taking back my life, taking back my power, and learning to spread my wings and take flight
