I am still clearing out here, and I am rather shocked as to how much junk we have collected over the last few years. I am slowly wading through our bits and throwing out old junk. As most of the stuff is in very good condition, we are giving it to others.

Well, it was silly o'clock (aka 2 in the morning) that I was awoken by the major body aches and pains. Now The three minis are awake and there is no chance of sleep till tonight. I am going to stop typing because it is taking a nightmareishly long.
