Many IT guys in the mid market eye the cloud with benign amusement as a storage and application host, all well and good, but they really cream for that one, central place to send that distributed data. Need to double up on those comms dudes...ouch.

When people read my posts and comments on other great blogs regarding my opinions about rating and certifying cloud hosts, SAAS, PAAS, they sometimes think that I am 100% against cloud based soltuions. This is patently incorrect, as I routinely recommend.
