Rubix brand disco house is hot. This Amsterdam, Noord-Holland based DJ/Producer is catching major buzz, and from a little chit-chat, seems to be a nice bro to boot. He caught my attention with 'Baiser Sur La Disco' and the entertaining video...

We're down for this white-label. There's charm in the no-name, no-label no-BS tracks; they're perfectly content to exist in obscurity: no flashiness, no waving of banners. It's just a track to find and appreciate on it's own...

Not too much I know about this band, but perhaps that's part of the allure. They are HURTS and they hail from England. They are two and their sound is dark brooding synth-pop—one writer even called it "Doom Pop", whatever the label, this.
