I posed this question once on facebook ...if the banks handle their REO's electronically why not handle short sales the same manner. I knew that one day...a bank or banks would wise up... Short Sales to be handled electronically?  Its a dream...

Here is a great post on how to add your listings on facebook!  Thanks Ryan for sharing and putting it in words.  If you are a REALTOR I am working with....I suggest you try it!  Its a much better way to present your listings!  :) Via..

I don't know about you...but I receive emails daily from members on ActiveRain...in many cases these emails are requesting information on how to be a better REALTOR and to be a better social net worker.   Realize you have a huge support system..
