Why? Because I could have slept in yesterday, but since Hubby was up and out for work at almost 6 in the morning, I decided to get out of bed too. Ridiculous, since the baby doesn't get up until 9AM! What does one get accomplished at such an early...

Make salsa verde ! Photo from this amazing food blog! I had lots of green tomatoes! I could have let them ripen, but I was craving chilaquiles con salsa verde . Since we don't grow tomatillos, the green tomatoes were the closest thing I could get....
